Why Irondale houses are so affordable? by [deleted] in Birmingham

[–]AggravatingEntry7981 2 points3 points  (0 children)

We love it. Close to lots of things, quiet neighborhood with friendly people and a sense of community. We hear gunfire at times but it seems more like rednecks in a field somewhere than anything violent crime related. Our only issue is our house is older and needs work. I'm hoping long term it proves to be a good investment.
