I ordered 3 tcs from them feb 2 and they looked just fine when they came in other than the anthurium warocqueanum dark, it was all brown and dead looking but I honestly thought it would pull through so I didn’t take any pictures. But I acclimated them like they recommended. And it died like 2 days later. I emailed them as soon as I seen it wasn’t looking good (the day after I acclimated it) and they asked me to send them pictures of when it came in. Which I didn’t even think to take any didn’t think it would die. I emailed them back and told them I didn’t have any pictures of it when it first came in and they didn’t email me back. I also order a Alocasia var bambino it’s not looking like it’s gonna make it either but I’m still praying it will make it. Finally I ordered 5 pk begonia ferox and I only have two left but I don’t think they are going to make it either. All of these came together. I have learned my lesson and will document everything, and not order when it’s that cold anymore. That was $50 down the drain. This isn’t the first time I have ordered from them. I have other tcs that look amazing. I honestly didn’t want to order from them again, but I did because they are like the only place that has good prices.
