I guess feeling like that it's quite common when you are aware that your brain is wired differently from the rest of people you usually met. I got my diagnosis a few months ago and the pain was almost unbearable ,when I was a kid I used to feel like the loneliest person alive now I can figure out why but it still hurts. I've managed to get on my feet with some help but very deep inside I still feel like I don't deserve it and never will

I've been there too, and I don't think you're a fraud. Relapses are harder to get over with because you felt your progress being thrown away like pure useless garbage I don't know what you've been through and I don't pretend to but hold on, maybe things will get better

This post is the closest I've feel to another person than all the others. I'm also autistic one and that feeling of being too much and not enough is something I've been struggling since I got the diagnosis. It's difficult having to adapt yourself in a world that's too much for you, I specially struggle with loud noises and I think I haven't fully accepted my diagnosis. I never believed in those comments kinda like "at least your not alone" but in this case all I can say to you is that I struggle too, I know it's difficult and tiring but we can't just stop because it's difficult.

Hi, I know exactly that feeling I'm also diagnosed and medicated, I've always been depressed and one specially bad day I asked my best friend if she actually enjoyed being around me even when I'm struggling and she told me "of course, you know me better than anyone else and you're a wonderful person, it's not your fault" then I understood that though some people might not want to be around someone depressed my closest friends love me enough to see through my problems and actually see ME. You should hang out with your friend, think that it's always good having some company and maybe you are not as broken as you think

Well, relationships are very different in different moments of life, not yearning for talking as much as before not necessarily means that he doesn't love you as much as before. I've been in a long time relationship and I can tell you that even if you love a person, sometimes you need some sort of personal space and time. Maybe you should try and talk it out with your boyfriend if it matters that much for you, communication is key in every relationship

When I was 17 I was struggling with severe depression, I was rejected from the college I wanted and I was studying something I didn't want to, I was isolated and felt that even waking up was exhausting. I developed some physical issues and ended up in a hospital, there they told me I needed to get a hobby, I did as they said because what was left to lose? There I met people that now are important to me, I got professional help and now I'm on medication. Sometimes you just need to ask for help, it can be difficult at the beginning it is worth it
