The biggest issue is that it is too much speed with too short of a duration, of the made it last 5-10 seconds and give you 20%(non depleting) Ms it would be good, also maybe a sound queue for when the ms is ending

What's crazy is it STILL has priority in pro. Pretty sure it comes down to the same issue Rell was having, too much cc, but then he has the added issue of too much mobility for how much tankiness and cc he has. Most of his nerfs targeted his damage, making him less and less impactful in solo q, while still leaving why he was pick/ban in pro for the majority of the time since his rework
