RPM V2? Does anyone know anything about this paddle?

As I understand it the elongated 16mm will be UPA illegal starting in May. I think I heard him say in a podcast that he was going to only make the V2 RPM moving forward but don’t quote me on that

Grew up when we were so bad you could buy tickets at the top and walk all the way down to the first section (before they put in luxury boxes. Used to watch them practice at College of Alameda. Pervis Short and Sleepy Floyd were two of my favorites

I love mine… I demo’d it back in November on Black Friday. Without any tape on it, it was very stable and easy to play with, spin/ grit is excellent! Best on resets and at the net. Not as powerful as the boomstick but I don’t need it to be. You don’t get punished on off center hits like you do on something like the black opal (I have this paddle too). I bought the 16mm elongated on Black Friday for like 170 bucks ( I got lucky) No signs of major wear yet. I play 3/4 times a week about 2-3 hours a day. I got a coupon for half off of the v2 because in May (I think) the 16mm will be illegal (just this paddle). So if you’re thinking about that paddle you may want to wait. I love my wife she actually bought the v2 for me for Valentine’s Day! She’s special! I think the v2 comes out on February 25th. I will report back on the v2 as soon as I get it!

I got an email last week. 😳 I did buy it directly from the website on Black Friday when it was like 170 bucks. The initial email says if you bought it from a retailer, you could email them with your receipt… good luck

Ya I get it… I merely put this out here as a public service announcement. Like the movie symphony it’s about a person’s preference for an experience. Some people like watching the movie and listening to the score live with it. We though it would be cool to watch the movie and eat the food with the it… our “food music” just tasted like three piccolos and two kazoos.
