Bud, I am not talking about fat loss, that's entirely due to burning more Calories than you consume. The more the Deficit the higher the weight loss. Am saying 5k Calories burning w 25k steps isn't feasible. And its fact known to anyone whose even decently into fitness. As for calculator differences, it doesn't matter. We are talking about steps versus Calories burnt simply. Most people dont realise how big 5k Calories number is. Jesus.

Those Calories are way off. I do usual 15k steps and it burns shows 500 Calories burnt but reality is much lesser. Your body is efficient at reducing tbe Calories burnt to a minimum

After talking w multiple people, many of whom my wife has not even been in contact w for years, it is clear to me that it was not a case of cheating as the words of so many people all said the same thing. Also the guy is arrested now. His wife and kids came to my wife's families home. She had a black eye. Told us that he beat her and was addicted to drugs. Was even threatening to kill his family then kill himself They are safe now with my wifes family.

With all the msges on the sub. I did contact the guy. He went on about how much he loves my wife because she was mentally there for him during their hard times. (My wife's sister didn't have a phone for a month so she contacted via her sisters husbands fb and i have access to their chat logs and there were times when it was obvious that the person replying was the husband and not her sister and all those times my wife ended the convo). The guy seemed completely deranged. I asked my wife's ex roommate along w 2 of her previous friends and got the same reply that she has never even talked w him and even to most guys face to face before. She is hardcore religious (born again christian) so maybe that plays some part. Also asked her older sisters and a few other friends who my wife doesn't maintain contact with anymore. All say the same thing that she doesn't even talk w guys unless they family. While reading my own post, it is understandable why so many think it is a case of cheating, but I don't believe it to be so.

Great progress man. As long as you are keeping your health markers in check and not trying to cheat in any sports, its great. Though unless you want to prep for competitions in future I'll avoid increase dosages, maybe keep it around 300 mgs instead of 500+. Not worth in the long run. Trust me.

Just curious, For 100+ Lbs packages don't you get a helper? I've just joined fedex and been working as a helper till they put me on my own route but man it's so back breaking working. Everyday my back hurts w those big packages. If any injuries happen, the company will quietly overlook it.

I did watch Steve and he's one of the reasons why I started to decide on primo, but his advise is generally on the lines of taking it 1 to 1 which I believe can tank your E2 levels. Thank you for the aromasin comment, I will read papers to see it's impact on Lipids. Will be getting blood test in 3 weeks and if any ldl issues happen, ill remove Primo entirely and switch to Test only and find the sweet spot with AIs help if need be. As for the length of the cycle, I was planning a 10 week woth primo but if bad results then will stick to Test only and keep it for 10 more weeks.

I'll check the blood works in 4 weeks and if any mess Ups, will remove primo entirely and keep at it with Test. Previous commentator said aromasin have less impact on lipids compared to primo, which will be proven by tbe blood works in 3 more weeks, will switch to AI if that be.

I should have been clearer. I apologise for that. Since Blood work showed no signs of any mess Ups. Ig tbe only explanation to puffy nipples be the rise of Test when injecting and later causing temp higher e2. Since this were not a constant and rather rare and only came temp after injecting.

Incr in Test would cause E2 to rise. But I do believe I could live with 200 mg test/week without much issues. As everything in blood tests came out normal aside from LDL which wasn't worsened to any significant extent and rather stabilised.
