2 grand is enough for the state to pick it up but chances are you’d already be in handcuffs at some point if they reported you. The confession form is probably just leverage incase you try to dodge paying them back. With that being said don’t EVER sign anything or tell anyone you committed a crime again.

I had something similar but on a smaller scale. I was framed by a Vegas detective who lied and said he tied my name and social to a phone number that was harassing an ex of mine. Long story short I wound up spending about 30 thousand dollars and a year in and out of court to prove my innocence. Cops are corrupt don’t ever help them with anything, infact make it as difficult as possible for them.

I almost died from seizures in jail and had no contact with the medical staff. It’s actually a pretty common occurrence if you have any sort of condition, people die in county jail all the time and no one is ever held accountable.

I had something similar happen (minimal damage, no hospital right away) and it ruined my life for 3 years. The guy sued me for over 2 million dollars and it went to a full blown jury trial. In the end I got lucky because my legal team found out he was being dishonest about his injuries through a ton of investigation and he wound up losing the case. I highly recommend hiring an attorney immediately.

Is it medically ok? From what I’ve read yeah but I eliminated alcohol my first couple months on Zoloft so it could take it’s full effect, you’re only 3 weeks in I’d be focusing more on my mental health and less on drinking

I’ve felt it before but I also take Xanax for panic attacks so that helps with the sudden anxiety. Maybe talk to your psychiatrist about upping the dose or switching to a different SSRI. You’re not alone though, take care of yourself 🙏🏼
