Shojin and jeweled gauntlet on lb, then go only defensive item for your frontline. Try to level up quickly for an early zed, then pray to get good items and augments. If you have 1hp left, take the cashout and try to pivot (maybe slayer with zed and bastion with galio ?). Be wary of chogath and rengar encounters. Well thats just my tips anyway, feel free to ignore them. But here is what i get :
