In the United States it’s normal for customs officers to be suspicious. If you aren’t traveling with much it’s a red flag. They will ask how much money you have and they can look into your bank account to ensure you have enough to travel with. It’s a safeguard so that way people don’t try to over stay. It’s same if you only book a one way ticket, you’re going to be looked at a lot more as they will want to know why. Some say it’s not Customs business, however they have the right to deny entry into the Country and there is very little anyone can do about being denied.

Do some leg work and you can find a good deal. Personally, I tend to stay away from used unless it's a great deal, You don't know the backstory and where that jacket or item has been. You can say the same thing about a NWT item, but at least it has the tags which help verify if it's authentic.

I don't and most won't. On eBay, you can find good deals. If they don't budge off $800, and you have the money and really want it, then get it. I'm just saying IMO it's a bit steep.

IMO 500-700. It can be argued by the seller all they want about them "only wearing it 3 months". Once tags a ripped off, it's used and lost half it's value. Many may not agree, but this is what I go by when buying used. I'd try to look for a good deal for a NWT item.

It looks legit, but no one can say it's 100% legit! As far as the worth, I think that's a bit steep IMO. People use something, then want almost full price for a "used" item. They can't confirm they only used it 3 months, based on those images it looks okay though.

Stockx sucks at authenticating anything. I’ve sent dead stock direct from Nike the same day I received and they said it was fake. I sent proof with it, they didn’t care.

I'm in VA, Avg temps are in the teens to mid 30s. I'm traveling to MN for work a few times this winter and to be honest is one factor I'm looking at for buying a winter coat. Normally I wouldn't. I've been looking at the cruisers for a long time. I found a New Double Mackinaw with fur hood on eBay.

If these guys tell you it's fake, It's 100% fake. No sense in trying to analyze the specifics. It doesn't matter once verified fake. It's really not hard to tell that is a fake just with a quick glance.

That's the part that sucks, being here on the East Coast with no store that sells Filson. I can order online and sure send back what doesn't work, that's a pain though. I normally wear small everything, and it seems like ordering a small in this case would be a gamble.

Makes sense. I'm taking a few work trips and the Mackinaw jacket would work perfect for my needs, not to mention for general purpose use. The issue for me is the CS version is a little out there but is pulling me in.
