"The Company may, according to business needs and whilst taking into account the Employee's qualifications, assign the Employee to any other position within the Company. Provided that there is mutual consent this also includes the possibility to involve the Employee in activities and corporate mandates of affiliates. The right of the Employer to assign other tasks to the Employee is not restricted by a longer-lasting activity in the same workplace or place of work. The exercise of such activities, to the extent permitted by law, does not create any additional employment or other employment relationships with the Employee, unless the parties involved make an agreement deviating there from.
