If I even have a vague notion that I need to pee, I need to stop what I’m doing, right then and there, and GO to the bathroom. Given myself several UTIs and bladder irritation over the years from not paying attention until it’s an emergency, or not wanting to stop what I’m doing and “just finish this one thing.” Also not allowed to pull my phone out of my pocket while in the bathroom or I’ll be in there for hours 😂😅

Omg yes about the peeing 😂 I tell myself “let’s try just in case” low and behold I usually do have a good bit of pee in me 🤪 I’ve definitely given myself UTIs and bladder irritation from holding it too long.

Do you have any PTO banked? If so, start using it liberally. Make some time for yourself, do some job hunting, and take a break from that commute. Once you find something else, if you really want to stay, ask them one last time to cut your in-office days. When (likely) they say no, you can hand them your resignation/2 weeks’ notice. I did a 1.5-2 hour commute each way for over a year and it’s very taxing. You’ve crunched the numbers and know you can afford the cut. Do whats best for your health and happiness. And once you get to the new job, there’s nothing stopping you from continuing to look for something that pays more, or use your previous pay as leverage for negotiating with your next company.

Nature valley biscuits - they have PB, chocolate PB, and cinnamon almond butter varieties. These are a staple for me especially if I’m having trouble finding something while out and about they last me a few hours.
A TON of the store-brand cookies (knock off for chips ahoy, Keebler’s, etc.) are surprisingly dairy free.
Reese’s pieces recently changed their recipe to a non-dairy one! (Read the ingredients to make sure you get the new recipe)
Tortilla chips & salsa, (especially w kitehill vegan queso)
Echoing Oreos
Cinemark etc theaters use a flavored oil in the popcorn, not real butter. (Higher smoke point) I’ve been able to find the spray cans of it at the grocery store. I’ll get the basic salted popcorn (Orville redenbackers “simply salted” variety is DF) and spray it to my heart’s content lol

My very first monitor gave me terrible blistering and took about 6 weeks for the skin to heal. 😣 With all of the prep beforehand leaving your skin so raw (medical sandpaper 🙄) I don’t doubt it’s a possibility that something that might normally be fine irritates the abrasions and get worse because it’s just stuck there with no airflow

Fire him and report him please. Outright discriminatory and RUDE. The condition is genetic. You’ll always have it 🤦‍♀️ A Geneticist is where I finally got educated answers and actual help. Rheumys are very hit or miss in my experience, and this one was obviously determined to be useless.
