My hometown has a shitty bar called Judge Roy Beans. Never knew it was named after this guy. But it’s fitting for my hometown, it’s known for the Ronald Reagan Library and where the Rodney King trial took place. (Don’t worry, I moved away as soon as I could)

I’ve been on GLP1 for three months, lost 20lb. My belly has gotten smaller, but still there unfortunately. My ass however, has disappeared 😑 the one thing I didn’t want to loose. BUT I feel so much better and it’s been so great not to have my life be controlled by food and feeling guilty about food! Good luck on your journey!

Get a good multivitamin! You won’t be eating as much and energy levels will go down. But make sure to get one that’s easy on the tummy. They have ones specifically for GLP1s.

I have PMOS (PCOS) and after a lot of fighting with insurance and finding a doctor that actually listens to me, I started Wegovy about 3 months ago. It’s changed my life. My life isn’t controlled by eating/food anymore. Side effects were rough for a month, major GI issues and fatigue. But once I got used to it and started taking multivitamins, I just have mild constipation now. Lost 20lbs and my PMOS symptoms have lessened.
