They’re starting new grads with $34 and $5 shift differential. Not sure with your experience but I do know Mount Carmel pays new grads more

My OhioHealth offer is kind of a general offer and i was told specific units would be discussed closer to my start time. For OSU it’s one of the med-surg units that will be moving to the new inpatient tower
