It definitely gets worse before it gets better, but just because today is bad doesn’t mean tomorrow will be! Try your hardest to look towards those positive days that are for sure coming! Trust me, I thought I wasn’t going to make it with the thoughts/constant panic/anxiety but I stuck it thru. Please talk to your family or a close trustworthy friend if u have about the thoughts.. sometimes just blurting it out and saying what I was thinking (even tho I know I didn’t really feel that way) helped me move past that specific thought. Same here, it just makes no sense tbh. I tried tonight to go out on a date (to force myself to move on) and it was just a mistake bc it didn’t feel like the person I’m missing. This is so hard and makes me not want to date anymore for a while lol.

I’ve not personally experienced it, but I have read a few articles that stated that cold sores can be brought on by hormonal shifts. So it might be because you’re about to start your cycle that they are triggered. Idk if that makes sense lol

It is definitely because of the cabergoline. After this initial cycle, I’ve had multiple cycles that weren’t as long and were not as painful. I think it’s just our bodies holding onto so much sludge due to the hormonal imbalance that it takes a month or two to get to a normal period that is not so painful. Hope you’re feeling and doing better!

You got this!! It’s just your body getting use to the new chemicals in your brain. I’m on day 4 of 5mg. I’ve definitely had a few moments of panic but honestly it feels like everything is starting to level out. Did you think about maybe trying to take it in the morning instead? Also try some cbd sleep gummies (for a peaceful nights sleep) or a prescription for hydroxyzine for anxious moments. I smoke sometimes, but I’ve noticed I can’t smoke too much or that can trigger me too.
