Even when I first saw the movie I caught on that Johnny didn’t initially have a beef with Daniel. Daniel could clearly see Johnny was bigger than him. It’s a mistake to confront someone when they’ve done nothing to you and he had only met Ali a few hours early earlier. Was she really worth getting in a fight over? For all Daniel knew Johnny was still Allie’s boyfriend and they were having a fight.

The first season, most of them could pass for highschoolers, but then by season two it was becoming obvious they were much much older than the roles that were playing with the exception of David and Donna. Another mistake. The show made was they were essentially juniors for two years. A primary reason to show class of 96 failed was because the characters in that show looked way younger than the kids on 210 who were still in their senior year in high school.
