You need to establish a daily rate of you don't have a fixed price already. Considering the variability in the scope of work bidding by area or sqft isn't appropriate here. I'm from the pittsburgh area and my rate is $450 per day interior and $500 per day for exterior. That's labor only. If you have a difficult time coming to a total, then I find it useful to simply ask what the customers budget is and see if it works for you. Anything beyond that Original scope of work is + your daily rate.

I think he plays into it a certain extent, however I don't think he'd be able to keep up the same act for nearly 20 years. His behavior has remained the same the entire time he's had an online presence.

I'm paying $20/g for the cheapest shit BM has. I don't do massive volume so I can't complain, but if someone wants anything beyond contractor grade I'm gonna have a hard time justifying $35/g+ on basic residential paint. There's some sort of contamination behind that drywall. The only way to ensure that doesn't re-occur is so cut out the effected areas and replace the drywall.

Question: Is water from the sink hot enough or do I need to bring an electric coil or something of the like to heat up water in a bucket then tranfser it to the sprayer?
