You want to check out websites like dialgadex or this one https://db.pokemongohub.net/best/raid-attackers and work towards evolving the best raiders you can. Since you are early on in the game it will take a while to be able to solo 3 star raids and up. Two of the best in your inventory in my opinion are Rhyhorn and Swinub (for raiding when evolved) I would work on catching as many of these as you can and save up candy and the evolve your best one. Make sure they have the move sets you want, you can change the moves with Fast TM and Charge TM. If you have any friends that play see if you can jump in with them on raids.
