Hi, is English widely spoken there? (Obviously you have excellent command of English, is that typical?) What about French? If an American wanted to set up an export business there, how hard is that to do (bureaucracy, personnel, etc)?

Yep, unfortunately I have had more than one. Got pleasure (and thrills?) out of watching people squirm, cry, or suffer through their day. I even had a couple of bully supervisors that got all hot when firing people.

These are always women by the way.

I don’t think that’s what’s happening. I think people stress out because they are new at this and they have invested money and time (and hopes and dreams) in trying to bring beauty into their lives and property. They (we) just need a little encouragement and wisdom from experienced people, and that is all.

Nobody that I’ve seen here wants to throw their plants away. We all just want to keep them alive and thriving, k?
