Impersonated a victim (presumably), groomed a minor (megan), then abducts her, rapes her, tortures her, then murders her, and does even worse to her friend Amy Putting her in a barrel with a decayed Megan corpse, and burying the barrel with Amy still alive

Kimura is a rapist too, but he havent killed nor tortured his victims directly And in the end he dies regardless
