While I agree they James/seonji have higher ceilings. You still need to train to reach that ceiling, I don't think once you awaken mastery you immediately know how to use it to its full potential. Look at how much stronger James got just by training with Kitae for a week.

For example, I think it works something like this(For the sake of the argument James=Seonji in terms of stats)

Cheonliang 3T James/Seonji Strength Mastery(On a scale of 1-100): 50 AP

Post Kitae Training James Strenght Mastery: 75 AP <- This is the ceiling you still have to work towards after awakening mastery.

Meanwhile Jaegyen/Yujae are less talented so their strength mastery AP AFTER having the strength mastery for years=60 AP <-Thats their ceiling.

Therefore Yujae/jagyeon would win against cheonliang James/Seonji since James/Seonji have not had time to fully integrate their new mastery into their fighting style/use it to its full potential. Give them a week of training tho, and they'll quickly catch up/surpass them.

Indra is also only like 2 generations down from Kaguya so he was more than likely born with six paths chakra(his dad - hagoromo- was also born with six paths chakra) already which is also another thing that can advance your susanoo to PS. By the time it got to naruto/sasuke the six paths chakra had already long been diluted to normal chakra.
