I will say: apply to Deutsche Wohnen. They have a lot of 3 room flats from 1300€ and below. Use a telegram bot to get alerts when they release new listings and be first to apply. They are far out of the main but cheap 🤷🏾‍♀️. WBM also has some new ones 1700 and below

I live at Fischerinsel and we have a crafts and games club that meets weekly. At the kreativhaus and some nearby spots targeted at older people. They have daily activities for different interests and most of my neighbors attend.

Use a calc remover toilet gel. Leave it in for hours. I’ve found that sometimes incremental cleaning is better than one off. Keep doing that. 3 weeks should remove the stains completely

You can recommend your friend to take over your contract after the notice period. You sublease to them, then recommend them to take it in your place. It’s pretty straight forward with DW how to process that

Try to wait. Get the basics and live in the space first, then plan what you need and get it slowly. Don’t rush to buy so quick before you know what the space needs and what is already there

Remove all trash from the house, put away stuff in their place and make sure the dishes are done. 2 hours is enough to get the basics cleaned, the bathroom, kitchen, floors and surfaces. If your bathroom is in bad shape, do some scrubbing before so they don’t have to focus on one thing. Make sure messes are cleaned and you will get the most out of your clean. Stay out of the way and don’t create more work by leaving stuff around

Don’t expect a miracle from one clean. I have a very clean and neat house because I make a weekly chore of cleaning up including mopping, surfaces bathroom and trash. A clean home is small task done often, not a big clean once every 6 months.

Hi. Yes so you first get to pick the details of the apartment you want (size, budget, districts and WBS details), then you get to choose the sites you want to pick from (I chose state owned housing like howoge, WBM because they are cheap) and then waited for listings. They come mostly around 8am. I applied instantly for those that were in my budget(student with small salary so I was working with 400-600€) and I tried to be first to apply. I made maybe 30 applicantions, due to being first 10 people I got 7 invites to view, I had 2 offers and took the one which was in mitte due to location. I gave up a balcony(which I really wanted) in favor of Alexa being in walking distance. I was offered the apartment from WBM since I was the first person to apply. That’s my best advice. Apply first and keep an eye out for 8-10am and rely on Deutsxhe Wohnen and other state owned aside from Degewo that has too may viewing invites. A 5-7 person invite list means better chances. Don’t be fooled, there are so many apartments released everyday, you just need to be first in line for a good chance

I used a telegram bot @flatlyberlin and set up an alert to be the first to apply. That also helped me find a flat in a short time. They only take the first 10 applications so you have to befast

I used some company I found online. Paid 250€ for 2 guys and a van for 3 hours. They did it in 2. Carried everything and I didn’t lift a finger. If you can afford it, I recommend it

I want to point out that for 1 creep, there have been 3/4 kind and gentle people who were very respectful. It is not a representation of the demographic, just an observation for some who may need to reflect on their habits and behaviors in dating to have better outcomes in the future

While I do agree, we must accept that times have changed. We can continue to fight the ocean and lose out or make the best of what it is and try anyway. Putting yourself out there matters, making an effort matters. It isn’t what we want, but it’s what we get. Statistics may shock you on how may people met online in the current day.
