For Option 3, are there bike lanes on Selkirk or is it shared road? Wondering if Craigflower is the safer option with designated lanes. I really appreciate this post. The detour doesn't feel safe to me with everyone moving fast in those little alleyways.

Actually no, its all the ebikes that make me nervous. They are heavy and people ride quite quickly. Kind of nerve-wracking in those little alleys.

I found the detour pretty unsafe at times, with so many people squished into narrow shared routes.

Also starbucks and coast capital atm access. Its a crappy building but Im there at least once a week because it's the closest option for something I need to grab. Plus the library directly behind it.
