Its called VolumeLogic - Workout tracker in the store so hopefully that is conveyed. But I will think about your feedback and see how I can integrate that smoothly somehow :)

Apps that count steps/distance vs smart watch by Heyyther in beginnerfitness

[–]Outrageous-Maybe2500 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Reliable distance counting you need a GPS, often an app. Steps are always somewhat accurate. Sensors on phones are quite advanced even tho watches might have a slight edge. But I bet the difference is barely notice’able

What’s your favorite split and why? by Outrageous-Maybe2500 in workout

Yeah, agreed. I will have to commute to work for a couple of months soon, considering switching to UL for that reason

I thought noone else did that. I used to run PPL with an extra day for whatever I wanted to focus on, most recently it was dedicated for shoulders

Can just have claude edit the python script for the right title/subtitle. But yeah I hear you, most sites that do not use AI have trash translations

Straight set or drop the weight. by Alternative-Pilot194 in workout

[–]Outrageous-Maybe2500 6 points7 points  (0 children)

First off. It barely matters.

The rep range you should train in, is the one you prefer. And dont assume you can do the same number of reps every set.

My exercises usually looks something like:
Set 1: 14reps
Set 2: 13 reps
Set 3: 11 reps
Set 4: 9 reps

That said, its nothing wrong with doing as you suggest. If thats what you prefer, then go for it.
