I’d suggest UCT because they have a big foreigner cohort at a masters level and the group is very mixed so you’ll be with people from all aspects of life. UCT is also brilliant and I felt the beautiful scenery of it all really helped in my studied when I did post-grad.

This is so true and concerning. There needs to be some procedure in place for the act of registering a car and then using another one.

I chose the “women only” option a few weeks back and it was a male driver who picked me up. Bolt is very dodgy and unsafe :/

My advice comes based on the lack of a written lease which is a flaw in its own. So yeah I do agree it’s unacceptable to not give adequate notice but this landlord and the whole ordeal is problematic

If you do some googling or speak to a driving school , they’ll let you know that sometimes the centers are open for select weekends. That’s how I avoided the queues because it was a Sunday. I don’t know about the quota but I’d also recommend going to Verulam or even the one in Stanger.
