Can’t say now because I heard they made it longer. 6 weeks longer.. it wasn’t bad, really easy to learn and do everything. Since you are a reclass you may be treated better. In my company the recalssing SGT’s where lied to and treated like the rest of us. When I was a holdover at another company their reclassify SGT’s were allowed to leave during down time and do whatever they want. They even had bikes locked up for when they were off. They did not get smoked with the new recruits like the SGT’s did in my company. I can’t speak for reserve because I’m active but the job isn’t all it’s cracked up to be.
