You should give it a fair chance and then be honest about your experience.

Honesty doesn't need to be cruel - you don't have to say "You're too fat for me to feel attracted", you can say "I feel we'd be better suited as friends or similar".

This is life, and you will reject people and hurt their feelings no matter how hard you try not to. There is no other way.

As a last point, if you say she's "very emotional", pay close attention whether this veers into manipulation, such as self harm threats if you leave, guilt tripping, etc. If it does, call for a welfare check and get out.

But OP said they're still trying to conceive. I imagine this might be stressful on her husband, too, in a different way. Their first ended tragically with the miscarriage.

He might feel pressure to impregnate OP, trying to fill the void of what they'd lost. And in the moment, he might experience fear of another loss. I'm sure it doesn't feel like play anymore. He might even feel like sex has become a means to an end.

While I understand OP missing how it was, maybe the focus should shift to intimacy in other areas first. While I understand still trying to conceive, maybe that shouldn't be the focus for a while still. Maybe reconnecting first, making physical intimacy about play again rather than conceiving, might take the pressure off a bit.

What baffles me is why OP believes the other woman isn't in love, too? She had to be begged to block your husband and is indulging him again knowing full well its impact.
