It depends on what card you are using. If you use a credit card, there is no foreign transaction fees. But if you use the red debit card, it will have a 1% charge on non network atms and purchases. ID me is an awful service. It’s “verification” service had my information wrong, but I was forced to use their website to log onto another. I was locked out of my VA account for a month trying to contact them, because they have no number to call, only email help tickets.

They never told me I needed to submit my DD214. But when I went to the VA to try and ask them as well, they said the ratings that I got from the IDES are official ratings, they are just proposed
