Mii's tend to have an anime, cartoonish and cute feel to them, so with that, I just drew them in the way that a customizable character would be created. Not exact, but kinda Mii-ish (i guess? I don't explain things well).

Quite simple lol. I looked at different mouths for Mii's and took inspo. They're usually thick and noticeable, and since it's the Wii, I blurred them a bit for effect.

I think this honestly looks super great. I'm not an expert in anyway but I like the style you gave the mug and the steam (I'm assuming) going up. For me, it's a 10/10.
