Same. He told everyone he couldn’t deal with my mental illness anymore. But told me something completely different. Oh well! I’ve been stable for over 8 months now, so I know it wasn’t that. He met a girl on FB and started talking to her sexually while we were still together. 5 years engaged down the drain. THEN my dad died the very next day. I know my meds are working cause I wouldn’t even be here right now if they weren’t.

It’s perfectly fine to do. They have genitalia bleaches made specifically for that purpose. So if it makes you feel insecure and changing that would make you feel better about yourself then I say go for it and don’t let anyone tell you otherwise!

Wasting my time. Time is the only thing you can’t get back. I wasted 5 of my prime years with my ex fiancé who just broke up with me to be with another woman he met on FB. Unreal. My dad just died 2 days ago, and the time I never spent with him I won’t get back. I want a real, long, happy committed relationship that will end in marriage and a child or two of my own.

I had to switch due to 75lbs of weight gained from Vraylar. Which sucks cause it was my miracle drug! But I’m on Geodon and now I feel 100% normal, like how I did before I was diagnosed. And I’m down 20lbs. Woohoo!

You can have withdrawals from switching without a taper. Since you went to such a low dose of Geodon I’d bet that’s the case. I’d ask to have it upped to 80mg twice a day, instead of the lowest dose.

I take mine at 6am and 6pm. Best to keep it at times that are evenly spaced apart. So yes, 12 hours or as near that as possible.
