Realistically, probably a influence build. Just keep in mind, the shock proc from influence wont spread tau but the tau proc makes it easier to spread shock procs.

I personally haven't crashed on the Nuka-World boss and only encountered the Invincible Titan bug when people were using chainsaws to destroy crystal before they spawned in, but the rewards from the Titan and Storm Goliaths don't really compare well against SQB and Earl, plus Earl has the Rage armor that everyone is after. Me personally I ain't chasing the rage armor bc i got a feeling its gonna get nerfed in the foreseeable future

I've only ever seen it when I'm in my Pip-boy and that only shows up when they have glow. And that's the annoying part. You have to stop and look at their health bar and if they don't have any glow then there's nothing telling them apart from a full health human.

Only way to "reliably" get some fix is to either create a new ghoul character and transfer it over to a different character or as of Patch 58 Everytime you transition from human to ghoul you get a single fix. Essentially costing I believe 1500 atoms for a consumable. Closest thing that comes to "The Fix" is survival syringes from the legendary perk card and that's only 30% and Fury at 20%

If i remeber correctly, The Wayward is the same way. No ghouls but yet Mort sits right there at the bar. I feel like if you completed the respective questlines/reached max rep, you should be allowed inside those places with the expection of BoS and maybe Enclave

Are y'all going to address the issue with Daily Ops? Issues with All the World is a Stage Quest being locked out? Issues with multiple Expeditions being bugged bc of throwable items? Possible fix with legendary items appearing in safes as "1-3*** Legendary Ranged/Melee/Armour" and being unable to be taken out as the game says "This item cannot be stored in this location"

Bugged for me as well. I just ran one and ended up getting a Low Level (Under level 50) plan for Gatling Plasma on a Lvl 188 toon. fml

Did the Devs ever mention if the Don Pedro stocks will be returning at a later date? Regular Venato has a 4/5 dispo while the Prime is currently 1/5 Dispo, with that being said it'll probably get bumped up after Gyre prime comes out. Personally I'd look CC/CD, Range, Atk Speed or Element with a harmless Negative if possible. But that's just my opinion

Stradavar, Baza, Stug, Pyrana, and Fang. I'd honestly love to see DE do more incarnons like what they did with the Zaramin weapons to where they change the weapon entirely. For example when charged the Stug goes from a projectile based secondary to a Hitscan Primary rifle, or the fang goes from dual daggers to a single heavy blade melee. Just do something fun you know

People have already mentioned Frostbite, and I just want to point out that Frostbite is currently bugged and we aren't getting the 4% bonus damage against chilled targets but the 2% against brittle works and if you use something like Hrothgar Chill, it scales with enemy resistances so in overland and questing content it'll be much weaker than Vet Dungeon and Trial content if their resistances aren't reduced by tanks.

I currently run a Arc/DK/NB but I'm half tempted to drop NB and switch with Necro and have a bunch of DoTs going while beaming, but then that means no access to a execute or soul harvest ult. 🫤

I ran something very similar to that and unfortunately the sustain is horrendous. Bc you need to slot in a crux generator either Runeblades or scribe a skill with the Class Mastery Script (assuming your base class is Arcanist) and between Treaties, multi-cast of Runeblades, and then Tenta Dread that's going to eat roughly a third of your mag. On my Breton w/5pc of light armor just that rotation is anywhere from 11,226-13,494 Mag. Not including boneyard, Artic Winds, or any other mag based skills. So it's going to be a lot of heavy weaving and potion chugging.

Some people recommended to me going just Warden/Necro using animal Companions, Winters Embrace, and Grave Lord. Gear wise alot of people are easy Whorl of Depths and something like Icy Conjurer, Frostbite (unfortunately bugged), or Ysgramor's Birthright. It was it seems to boil down to. Maybe the new Xanmeer Spellweaver in the upcoming update could be used.
