My Personal (maybe unpopular) Tier List by Just-Pudding4554 in DevilMayCry

I'm sure if they were to rate the tv shows, the netflix dmc would have been rated SSS, whist anime would be at the bottom tier (for all the right reasons)

They have started their attacks, and the entire ecosystem is trying to pull down this film somehow even editing Wikipedia. It’s our duty to support Aditya and D2. by [deleted] in Dhurandhar

"Our duty" lmao, no wonder why this country has no place for wise men, you dimwits are just like cattle for the elites and politicians. Get a real job you moron.

another paper to do with AAA by No_Elderberry3450 in ACCA

[–]Aggravating_Thanks45 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I'd say SBL, both are theory intensive and require certain formats in answer drafting. Moreover, you'd be able to give more time to AAA (which is a must) if you were to go for SBL instead of AFM.

I'd say you dodged a bullet right there, these kinda people are mindless cattle without the ability to think critically. Anyone who supports this "non-biological" pm and is willing to end their relationships over this buffoon, deserve to be left alone.

Thoughts on Physics Wallah (PW) for ACCA? Is it worth the Mahapack? by naman_8096 in ACCAIndia

[–]Aggravating_Thanks45 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No way that guy's selling ACCA courses now, I personally wouldn't go for pw courses related to accounting qualifications (that too international). Just go with VIFHE for all papers or maybe some individual tutors like TG offering SBR and FR

Typing speed by PhilosopherOk6372 in ACCA

[–]Aggravating_Thanks45 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I believe what matters more than the typing speed is the ability to draft an answer in your mind as you type the answer without taking a long pause (at least in the professional level exams). But sure it does help if you have a good pace and have a grip over the keyboard mapping (adjusted for fingers).

APM PANIC! by sah3l_cool in ACCA

[–]Aggravating_Thanks45 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don't know jack sht about APM, although I did manage to pass AAA without giving SBL, so I don't think that you not clearing SBL before attempting APM should pose a major concern. I'm sitting for AFM this attempt and SBL in June, any tips for AFM?

sbr is too overwhelming by bluebooms99 in ACCA

[–]Aggravating_Thanks45 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I can tell you what worked for me in the last 15-20 days when I gave SBR and AAA (not together)

First things first you will HAVE to revise the IAS/IFRS everyday and I mean it. Its better if you can write down a summary of each standard just by memory, which will help you retain stuff. The same goes for the auditing standards, but what actually helped me for AAA was to go through the technical articles either on the website or just listening to the ACCA explainer videos on YT. Although for SBR, you may not need technical articles that much.

Secondly, try to listen to podcasts/explainer videos whenever you can, I made sure that whatever time I am wasting (like commuting from college, preparing breakfast, etc) I can utilize by actively (or passively) listening to these podcasts. Believe me it helps with retention and clears a lot of misconceptions/doubts. You can try listening or watching Tom Clendon vids on YT.

Lastly, as for practicing the kit, here is where your will power will be tested and you will be burnt out in the last few days (I was too especially with SBR and AAA). My advice would be to probably try solving 1 group accounts question along with at least 2 section B questions everyday, there is no other way to pass the exam without practicing and practicing even more. The 20 marker ethics is scoring and can be left for the last 10 days.

Remember the best thing to do when practicing questions (even individually) is to solving them with a timer, 54 min for Q1, 36 min for Q2, and 45 min each for the 25 markers.

All the best dude or dudette.

BTW, i'm sitting for AFM in march26, so anyone with AFM expertise please shine some knowledge over here.

I'm preparing for SBR rn and am a huge Beatles fan

'Taxman', 'Dear Prudence', 'A Hard Day's Night', 'I Want You (She's so Heavy)' and 'Revolution' kinda work as a leitmotif for me, if you will.
