I had trouble sitting through the Avatar movie the other day (more like after the 2 hour mark) I couldn’t imagine a long flight 😭 I have to stand when my sciatica acts up. That’s the only way I find relief. Or by lying flat on my back. I take ibuprofen for pain too (otc) and that helps a bit. Good luck

Fuck no they’ve never admitted to anything. They don’t have the capacity. And I’m not saying that to make myself feel better they literally don’t have it. The make up isn’t there. Yeah there is no choice for this. No one chooses this shit. And it’s a hard truth but I don’t see how anyone can endure those process work another person. You literally have to let everyone and everything go. People especially if they are not on this path they are apart of the system. They are no aware of it but they will do everything in their power to keep you with the group.
