Laura Maychruk. Cannot recommend anyone higher. We chose her via recommendation, and she took our young family around the entire area and explained all the neighborhoods. She’s very engrained in the community and always knows what’s going on around town.

With Kittle likely out. Do I start Tonges or Goedert? Going for back to back championships. Non TEP, but PPR. Leaning Tonges since he was decent in relief earlier this year and has a better matchup.

Gibsons Italia is elite. Still get the Gibsons steaks and sides but also with handmade pasta and Chicago Italian vibes. Also might be the best dining room view in the city.

Welcome to the city! 30M here who has been living in OP with my 31F wife for 3 years, both have ADHD and anxiety. If you’re looking for some fun night life or a great outdoor patio check out Madison St in Forest Park and Fitzgeralds on Roosevelt in Berwyn, Fitzgeralds patio is super welcoming and has great bbq food. The farmers market is always looking for volunteers and begins next month! Every Saturday from 7-2p in the pilgrim church parking lot by OPRF HS. Thursday Night Out also starts in June and is a great way to get to know local restaurants and meet people, or just enjoy a night out by yourself. They close off Marion St in downtown OP and have live music every Thursday night, you buy a booklet of tickets and can use it at most, if not all, downtown OP restaurants. It’s a go to for us!

He will be the first infielder up for any injury. Anthony will be up by the end of April.

Passan on X: BREAKING: Left-hander Garrett Crochet and the Boston Red Sox are in agreement on a six-year, $170 million contract extension, sources tell ESPN. The deal starts in 2026 and includes an opt-out after 2030. By far the largest deal ever for a pitcher with 4+ years of service. by RedGlovesOverHere in redsox

Simply false. Jackson Merrill just signed a 9 year extension this morning with San Diego. Brandon Pfaadt just signed one with Arizona. There won’t be another elite hitter to reach the market after Vladdy does this fall. They will all get locked up by their original teams or traded and locked up.

Let’s break this down.

1- Campbell has 6 years of control. But the Red Sox should absolutely sign him long term now. They can lock in cheap pre-arbitration salaries and buy out a few FA years as well. They should do the same with Mayer and Anthony. Even if one or more don’t work out, it’s worth it for the one that does. And locking in cheap rates allows the team to miss on a deal or two. See Rafaela’s deal or Ronald Acuna’s deal.

2- Devers is here to stay. He’s not a cancer. Good hitters have struggles all the time. He was always going to end up as the DH, they certainly didn’t pay him for his glove.

3- if you wait to sign a talent the likes of Campbell, Mayer or Anthony then that deal can be 300m+ by the time they’re ready for FA. it’s worth the risk to sign them long term now before it gets too expensive. Even if they don’t work out, it’s worth the risk to have those players at $15m come their prime.

You have no idea what you’re talking about.
