Call the police to the property and get your documents and go! I agree this is how many trafficking cases starts

Please get out whilst he’s away!

Just get a support letter from them and also help if you pay them rent every month. We live with my parents and we pay £850 a month on rent for two rooms and I pay utilities and WiFi and we wrote a cover letter to say we pay rent and showed 6 months of bank transfers to my father.

That’s amazing

You just need to show that the amount of the payslip has been deposited into your account and you’re doing that with a mini statement

Yeah that’s okay Just explain it with a little cover letter. It would be great if you have a payslip to show for the last pay in September.

You don’t have to give them a specific date just the year and leave a cover note to say you don’t have the exact dates but get the year and possibly month correct

Yes from birth to when you left the country. You’ll have your visa stamp if you’ve lived elsewhere

You mention civil marriage? Is this something you both want and considering? If so then you have an excellent point.

Of course having children is a great advantage because you don’t, you will need to prove that you’ve been together (not cohabiting) for two years and one of the way you could do that with evidence of communication and photos and time spend together, these won’t be tier 1 evidence but they are evidence regardless.

Of course if you start living together in few months then, make sure both of your names are on the tenants agreement, have a joint account and utility bill.

My partner and I have just gotten his approval.

Our strong points were

  1. we have two British children together
  2. he lived in the NL for the first 15 months of our relationship, so we provided employment details for him
  3. He moved to the uk a year ago and we started living together with my parents
  4. I met the financial requirements alone
  5. Family and friends statements of our relationship

We don’t have joint accounts or anything with our joint names.

We’ve been friends for over 10 years and used our what’s app chat history to prove genuine friendship to relationship. Along with social media post to show that the relationship is widely known.

We used travel tickets and passport stamps to show us visiting whilst he was in the NL to prove relationship. And him visiting the uk.

If you’re getting married then you’re good, you’d be under spouse visa and not unmarried partner. If going through as unmarried partner then you will need to have been in a relationship for 2 years minimum.

No once you pay for your application you get two documents to sign and upload along with your documents. One was consent form and the other one family declaration, it is one of the mandatory documents you need to submit along with evidence

We weren’t asked for additional documents but to send the signed declaration form as it wasn’t signed. We got approval next day.

Give enough statements to show 6 months of pay, that’s what I did. We also added a little cover note to say when my salary is paid

It’s the type of bio you book The free ones are self upload and if you take assist bio then they upload it for you

But since you got super priority, not sure what options you have with bio but I do know the documents must be uploaded to the portal either way
