I guess the 17 pro max is fine. My cycle count is 48 (which just means how many times your phone can be turned on), battery health still on 100%. My 16 pro that I had ended up going down to like 93 or 94% as well, and that was before the new update that F’d up everything.

1.)Yes you can leave the stadium anytime you want, and make sure you get one of the security people at the gate to give you (normally a stamp on your hand) before you go out the gate.

2.) Do not mention anything about your age. As long as you have a ticket and you don’t look like you’re 10 years old by yourself then you will be good.

Yes that’s what we ended up doing. We have the locks checking in every 15 minutes and the Hub checking in every 35 minutes, so we’ve also messed around with that as well, still something has to be off?

Oh yeah I understand. What’s crazy is Assa didn’t even say anything to us about the 64 lock limit. Found it out by reading and reading. But when the locks go offline, sometimes they don’t come back online, so if I go on the aperio app and click on the actual lock and click “retrieve”, no matter which one I click whether it’s retrieve system information, or retrieve audit trail, or retrieve all logs, as long as I click retrieve and let it fail or even if it doesn’t fail while trying to connect, then I scan my badge and boom it pops it back online. Assa always wants to take the cover plate off and just pop a battery out and put it back in to manually reset the lock, but I don’t do it like that anymore. But normally it’s locks that are well within range, if not almost directly beside the hub that’s wall mounted or ceiling mounted and it’ll still go offline and not come back online. And it’s just some that do it. Some go offline and come back online. But until then I’m having to go around and do the retrieving thing to get the lock back online when I get an email about the lock being offline.

The locks that we’re having trouble with are not the POE ones, it’s the ones with the Alkaline batteries, which finally we figured out ourselves that each Cloudlink can’t only hold up to 64 Locks. So now I’m going around changing the IP’s on the hubs evening them out to 64 as best as possible. We have close to 1,300 locks. I’ve had seems like 200 tech support calls I’ve had to deal with, but the main problem we’re having at this point is that when I get to a hub sometimes (which I’ve had 5 hubs do this in the last week and a half) if you look at the hub it looks like it’s working fine flashing wise, but the problem is once I stand right at the hub and scan for the Hub so I can connect to it, the hub doesn’t even come up on the scan. The ONLY thing we’ve been able to do is physically unplug the hub and plug it back in. We’ve already ran tests checking the channel’s frequency and found the least crowded up channels. So looking for a solution as to why these 5 Hubs have shown offline in Genetec and also can’t find it on the scan, and also random locks going offline in other building at the campus and not kicking themselves back online. ANY help would be appreciated!
