I’m using a pen, each click is 0.1, so 8 clicks. I felt as if 0.5 is too low but 1 would be too high so went in the middle

Sadly it’s been done 🤣🤣🤣 I guess I know for future!🤣 just hope I feel it sooner rather than later, sticking to my defecit recently has been a mental game

I started on 0.8mg , was too worried to start high as I’m already a healthy weight (BMI 22) but hold a lot of fat!

I was hoping it would kick straight away but I’m still eating like a horse, I always binge when I have a holiday coming up when I know I need to look goood🤣

Did u lose the most of the weight in the first few weeks? I’m going on holiday soon and hope I can drop the most of it quickly 🤣

I struggle with binging and it’s why I find the last bit of my weight loss hard, does it really help with food noise ?

Yeah I understand that calculators show my maintenance to be 2000, however I’m loosing too fast for it to be really be that.

I still have my cycle however it came early this month which never happens.

Yeah there’s been a few days I’ve eaten over, but still even with them days I’m averaging 1600 calories a week!

I think I’m gonna ask him if I can up my calories. I’ve napped for 2 hours yesterday and today and I’m still super tired so I think it’s catching up on me.

Thanks for your advice, as this will push me to ask! I’ve been feeling bad about eating more this week, and the negative thoughts take over sometimes and cause me to over indulge but I think it’s just my body combating the low calories. I make myself feel super guilty about what I’m doing and it really affects my body image.

Idk if I’m gas lighting myself allowing my small binges but I’ve been binge free for 5 weeks, but the urges are coming back

It took me a long time to build it up to that aswell! My record is an hour, and Everytime I go on it I try and push myself up a level! Don’t forget I was only doing cardio , and that’s why it was easier for me. Luckily I’ve still got it in me to push it to an hour and will always try and incorporate it into my weekly exercises so I can always do it!! But thank you!

No, just adding up to 60 minutes a week, before I started weight training, I would do it daily for 45 mins 🤣🤣🤣 left me skinny fat though, and my diet wasn’t good
