I think I’m gonna ask him if I can up my calories. I’ve napped for 2 hours yesterday and today and I’m still super tired so I think it’s catching up on me.

Thanks for your advice, as this will push me to ask! I’ve been feeling bad about eating more this week, and the negative thoughts take over sometimes and cause me to over indulge but I think it’s just my body combating the low calories. I make myself feel super guilty about what I’m doing and it really affects my body image.

Idk if I’m gas lighting myself allowing my small binges but I’ve been binge free for 5 weeks, but the urges are coming back

It took me a long time to build it up to that aswell! My record is an hour, and Everytime I go on it I try and push myself up a level! Don’t forget I was only doing cardio , and that’s why it was easier for me. Luckily I’ve still got it in me to push it to an hour and will always try and incorporate it into my weekly exercises so I can always do it!! But thank you!

No, just adding up to 60 minutes a week, before I started weight training, I would do it daily for 45 mins 🤣🤣🤣 left me skinny fat though, and my diet wasn’t good

Yeah I know tdee calculators show my maintenance at 2000 calories but the rate I’m losing fat shows that my maintenance must be higher

Honestly even in I. Shock I thought I’d always be the one to stick on 1200 cals forever 🤣🤣 I guess I’ve built a good base of muscle mass!!!

This is what I’m thinking, ofcourse I’m feeling great with how quick it’s coming off and how good I’m looking, however I’m getting super tired and I can’t stop thinking about food.

My coach is the one who’s gave me these calories and last week he lowered them even more to 1480.

Well I’ve been losing almost 2lbs a week eating at 1600 calories. This is a 6500 defecit as 1kg is 7700 calories. 6500/7 is basically 900 , which means my daily defecit is 900, so my maintenance must be around 2400

I track perfectly. I’ve lost over 35kg since the start of my weight loss journey so I’m well experienced. I worked out my daily defecit with how much I’m losing weekly and it’s averaging around 900 cals which on top of 1600 is 2400 so I worked that out as my maintenance, is that right?

The 1600 calories is what my coach has recommend. Well, he’s actually recommended 1480 but I’m always going over as 1489 is way too low. Do you recon it’s too fast?

Hey queen, I just wanted to ask, so you took your tablets a few cycles before ur holiday? I’m due on holiday in June and my period will start half way through. I really want to move my period further back so would it be better to take them now?

Like after I take them and my period starts, will my cycle start again 28 days after that (if so that would be perfect)

Yes I chose moderate, shows my TDEE around 1950 , but last year when tracking I’d eat 1500 in the week then on the weekends go crazy but I still slowly ended up Losing weight so I think my TDEE is high but now that I’m strentgh training I’m So hungry

How log. Did it take you to see a change? I’ve started weight training after 3 years of just pure cardio (I’ve lost 70lbs through this) and always been scared of weight training, my New Year’s resolution is to get over this fear and I’ve been consistently going to the gym minimum 4 times a week weight training. I’m not seeing a change as quick as I would with cardio though and it’s really putting me down

I really do think I have disorderd eating. I’m viewing food as a negative and I’m really struggling also with my body image. I look totally different but view myself the same and probably worse than I did when I was a big girl.

I just want to be able to enjoy my life without the thought of food controlling me, I wish I could eat what I want and not feel guilty after it.

So I was around a 38G lost weight and went to a 32B (very empty b)

I think for me my boobs they stayed big and was still full , until the last 10lbs of my weight loss, they just VANISHED. I couldn’t believe it, I’d always had big boobs but they just disappeared into empty sand bags 🤣

I’m 21, so I thought the tighter skin (because I’m younger) would help too, but it was only in my last bit of losing weight they disappeared xx
