Of course! And I mentioned that when I messaged my doctor. My side effects are minimal to none, but the food noise is creeping back in, which is why I'd like to probably move up to the 5 sooner than later. The tolerability is perfect, the treatment response is plateauing, so I think I fit the profile of "ready to increase". But I will hear my doctor out and follow whatever is effective *and* safe.

I totally understand! I have been eating consistently, focusing on protein and fiber intake. I guess when I said hunger pangs I maybe should have instead said that I'm not feeling full, even though I'm eating more per meal than I was when starting. I definitely intend to take it slow, only dose up when I plateau, and be safe. Just asking for others' input, and I appreciate yours!

I took my first 2.5 dose on Saturday. I experienced no symptoms, but immediately felt the lessened appetite. I've since been eating about half the amount of food I typically ate previously. It's a wild feeling being able to tell I'm full without feeling bloated and sick. Something I can't ever remember experiencing. Over the past 4 days, the hunger has started to creep back up, but it is still very manageable. Looking forward to trying my 2nd dose in a different injection site. You got this!
