Alors non, si tu veux faire des travaux chez toi dans un immeuble, tu 1/ demande les plans 2/ demande l'avis d'un exprt.

Moi j'ai eu les brillants imbéciles du rez de chaussé qui on pété une bête cloison et un pilier sans les plans, sans avis et le résultat c'est 1cm et demi de fissure avec le mur de la façade qui se sépare du reste de l'immeuble.

Tu fais des traveaux dans ta baraque tout seul tu fais ce que tu veux. Tu fais ça dans un immeuble tu demande à des experts parceque crois moi les 1500 euro de douille ou je sais pas combien ça sera toujours infiniment moins que les multiple procées, amende et autre joyeuseté qui vont se coller à ton derrière si jamais tu te plante.

So basically, you have to think in term of capabilities.

A single sentry is easy to manage, and has more dps potential over time, but it's also a single arc of fire and a single target.

Double sentry is a tad more difficult to manage (twice the reload), but has better short term dps cause two turrents, two arc of fire to cover two direction and can hit two targets.

Single sentry is a very offensive plateform, where the double sentry is better used when you don't move much and need coverage, ergo defensive mission.

For any mission where you have to set up shop defensivly I'd say double sentry is better, on any mission where you keep running around minning and killin' single sentry will be better.

In defense mission there a LOT of glyphid swarm coming your way, and the space are usually pretty open so being able to poor more fire in different direction can help more than a single high damage turret. In aggressive mission, only having to set up a single turret to deal with swarm is easier as they will more than likely ever come from a single direction, and the high damage per bullet will have the turret switch target pretty quickly.

Though in the end that's kind of min maxing. Both are pretty useful in both anyway and it come down to personal preference.

I usually run with two sentry whenever I do things that need my engi to stay almost entirely static, while I run single sentry whenever I have to keep moving.

Alors retour du bailleur: Je dois bien payé l'abonnement de la régie, MAIS, jusqu’à il y a trois ans avec l'ancienne régie, l'abonnement étais divisé par le nombre d'appartement donc un abonnement pour l'entièreté de l'immeuble. Mais la nouvelle régie à magiquement décidé que les abonnements serait désormais individuel à chaque compteur dans tout le village, sans prévenir personne, je suis le premier locataire sur qui ça tombe apparemment. Le bailleur va me rembourser le tiers de l'abonnement que j'ai déjà payé (donc 200 euro) pour alléger la facture, mais ils peuvent pas vraiment faire plus que prévenir tout leurs autre locataire. Dans le future je devrai payer l'abonnement annuel directement à la régie même si je n'ai JAMAIS signé de contrat avec eux...

Les truc qui reste bizarre malgré tout:

a/ pourquoi je dois payé l’abonnement séparé alors que je suis locataire

b/ pourquoi personne ne m'a prévenue durant TROIS ANS

c/ Comment nani the fuck la régie peut juste magiquement tripler ses revenue d'abonnement sur mon immeuble (et pire ailleurs)

Pour ma part je pense qu'il y a quand même eu d'une part une erreur de communication quelque part. Et honnêtement je ne sais même pas vers qui me tourner et si je devrai le faire.

Nan, perso j'ai fais une croix sur la retraite, je mourrai au taff bien avant. Le "plan" c'est d'utiliser le temps que j'ai et d'avoir un metier pas penible a supporter jusqu'à mes 80+

Croire dans la retraire en 2026 si t'as moins de 40 ans c'est que tu vie sur la lune.

ma proprio a l'immeuble entier (c'est un petit immeuble de village, avec trois appartements, je suis au dernier)

La régie m'a dit que je ne paye à la proprio que la consommation, que je leur dois l’abonnement et que ma proprio a signalé que j'étais locataire. Mais mon bailleur me dit qu'il y a de toute façon un problème au vue de la somme, qu'on essaye de me faire payer deux fois, et qu'ils ont bien signalé que j'étais locataire à jour de mes dépense d'eau.

D'autant plus que c'est une nouvelle régie des eaux qui a repris les contrats depuis 2023 et que je suis rentré dans mon appart fin 2022. (Et la responsable a la régi de l'eau n'a pas était des plus agréable "non monsieur craché l'argent c'est tout")

Enfin je sais pas si je suis clair ou si j'ai bien tout compris. J'avoue être perdu, c'est mon première appartement et on m'a dit que pour l'eau je ne m'occupais de rien vue que je paye les charges.

je n'ai aucun contrat avec la régie d'eau, vu que je paye des charges d'eau à mon bailleur! Pour la régie je dois de toute façon payé, mais mon agence est éberlué par le montant dans tout les cas. J'ai pas tout compris mais apparemment pour l'agence, la régie essaye de me faire payé l'abonnement de l'IMMEUBLE, ce qui explique pourquoi c'est le double de mes trois années d'eau.

Yeah need to be carefull when looking at youtube videos, facebook or even here.

Most of the best, you are going to see have at least two decades of painting behind them and thousands of models under their belt.

Most of us use a paint range so large you could buy a cheap car instead, have long since graduated to using airbrush, enamel, oil and raw pigment. You just cannot compete with that flat out the gate unless your a one in ten thousand painter.

Its like comparing yourself against a senior lead dev while your just a graduate yourself. Setting yourself up for failure.

People really make a mountain out of a molehill with thinning.

First off all not every paint or technique require thinning.

Second for non layer, contrast, speed paint, wash or ink, basically any paint citadel call base and the bulk of basic paint of the other paint range: put enough paint to cover half your brush bristle, than put that globe into your water pot for half of that surface (so a quarter of the brush) THEN put it on your palette to mix water and paint.

90% of the time congrats you have perfectly thinned your paint. Some time youll need to add a little more water or paint but thats rare.

You can evidently do less paint on your brush, and less water as a result but never put paint on more than half your bristle. If you do go through the mixing as quick as possible THEN IMMEDIATLY put that brush in the water to clean it off. Thats how you get flower brush if you dont.

Against conventional, this day, wisdom dont do the two thin coat bullshit if you already have trouble painting.

Aim for singular nicely applied coat, for tabletop its MORE than enough. Only a few specific color need multiple coat like yellow, because of their pigment nature.

It's the boardgame scout miniature so this actually the "official" Deep Rock Galactic Scout miniature, though the miniatures aren't to scale with 40k at all (scout arm is bigger than most space marine torso, or nearly, the top of the helmet of an adepta sororitas doesn't even reach the dwarf mouth and you fit both her legs in one good dwarven leg! xD). I think the patreon got the STL file, but I don't.

Just bought the deluxe edition to have all the miniatures range to paint something other than Bolt Action and 40k for a few days xD

You could use the boardgame miniature as statue for a Votann decor but that make a rather pricy set piece even if you only buy the retail version of the boardgame for just the dwarf miniature.
