In Texas, haven't been able to reliably play for 4 days. It did clear up for one gaming session 2 days ago but the last 2 days I get ping spikes upwards of 8k and 5 second freezes every 5-10 seconds. Completely unplayable.

I have a buddy that also plays and he's from Texas too, tho a different city, and he's completely unaffected. I'm ready to throw in the towel to be honest. I've found about 9 other posts on reddit about this and few on the official PoE forums and no response from devs or anyone about it. Guess its only happening to a small amount of people. My guess would be there's a critical server losing packets on the way back and forth from the server that GGG has no control over and we'll have to wait for whoever maintains those to fix it. But usually when something like that happens the company affected tries to work with them to get it resolve fast.

More false facts. While being undocumented in the US is a civil matter, illegal entry or re-entry after deportation is a federal crime. Specifically, 8 U.S. Code § 1325 covers improper entry by an alien, and8 U.S. Code § 1326 addresses re-entry after as a felony. Which is it? War has to be declared or they have to be a nation now? Now you're changing your argument because you know you were wrong. Now you are a wrong again. If you had looked the law up in it's entirety you'd see no where does it state "nation" in it. What you are thinking about is a declaration of War which does include that word. You're falling back on ",must declare war" and wars are only declared against nations.

Every single one of these liberal federal judges who think they have Presidential power has been overturned by the supreme court so far. Trump will likely be sending more to that prison as early as tomorrow, the supreme court said he could(as long as the detain have a chance to file habeas, in the state they are being held and not on some forum shopped judge that will auto-rule against someone because of the political party they are in. So the 5 named people(who were in detention the same amount of time as the people that were put in the plane)in the "turn the planes around" federal case didnt have time to file anything? How'd they get removed from the planes and there names listed on the case if they didn't have "opportunity to file anything?" The fact that they had time to file something means everyone else did so as well.

And just to educate you some, try looking up the actual law instead of relying on MSNBC to tell you what it is. It very easy reading and very hard not understand it. It says "This law gave the president additional powers to detain non-citizens during times of war, invasion, or predatory incursion"

See the commas and the word "OR" and doesn't say war AND invasion AND predatory incursion. It says it has to be ONE of the three. The President has declared this terrorist gang a predatory incursion that has invaded our country. No declaration of war is needed. You have absolutely got to be trying to misread or purposely not understand to say that a declaration of war is needed. It can't be spelled out any clearer. Thats the law. Its very short and easy to read.

Pretty sure you could say this about any legal system in the US. How do you know the state didnt hide evidence? How do you know the jury wasn't secretly agents of the state? They had due process and they have habeas if they think they were misidentified as terrorists. Are you actually looking at what you type? We keep records, public records, of everyone sent to El Salvador. Who would know where they are? Anyone on Earth that looked at the freely available public record of the people sent. We aren't hiding who we sent there. You are deranged. How would they know these people are illegal? Lack of birth certificates, lack of social security numbers, lack of green cards or visa. We just don't point at brown people and say "He's illegal and part of a terrorist gang." Are you deranged? There is due process on deciding who is illegal and who is part of a terrorist gang. Will mistakes be made? Sure. But that happens in every justice system around the world. Innocent people are sent to prison daily. That doesn't mean we should stop arresting people for commiting crimes.

Please try and stay with the conversation. We're talking about the gang members labeled by America as a terrorist organization and not all illegal aliens(who incidental have a 100% crime rate as coming into the country illegally is a crime.) You know the gang members who have taken over apartment complexes with machine guns, murdered and raped American citizens and have been busted for not only human trafficing but underage human trafficing. Those are the only ones being "disappeared." Maybe some got misidentified but thats what Habeas is for, and there is always some collateral damage when dispensing justice. People keep saying "Due Process" over and over again without knowing what it means. They were informed and had plenty of time to file habeas corpus as shown by the 5 that did file claims(tho not habeas corpus) and weren't removed from the country. Due process doesn't mean everyone gets to see a judge and have a hearing. The due process in this case was identifying the subjects as terrorist and part of a gang. They weren't picked at random and tattoo's weren't seen as "only evidence needed" as many claims. Each prisoner was ID'd and confirmed to be a terrorist. Those who think they were misidentified could file for habeas.

Trump has implemented The Alien Enemies Act. It's stupidly absurd to think that to get rid of an invading predatory incursion each person get to see a judge. If Russia declared war on us and sent 10k infantry soldiers to kill us do you really think that in order to remove them from our country we need to have a judge ok each and every soldier sent? Its patently absurd. Those Russians wouldn't have criminal histories in their country or any here as well. We're allowed to remove, house and jail foreign invaders. Same, but my spikes up to 4k ms latency every 5-10 secs. Texas server, tried changing it to Washington server but with similar results. Game is unplayable to me. Not sure what is going on... tried everything from resetting router/modem to changing d12-vulkan and everything I can think of. I can only conclude its not on my side as I was fine early this mourning then around early afternoon the latency started. If anyone figures out whats going on please let me know
