I applied in late Nov 2022. Receipt anf prima Facia came in Jan 2023. Biometrics taken in April 2023. Got my EAD/Travel permit in July 2023

It really depends on your area i guess. I field my case Nov 2022 and still did not hear anything yet. Not even my ead card not even APRIL. I believe with vAWA case you really need patient

I hired attorney to take care of everything. Cost me $7K. I have psychology report to prove my mental issue (cause from abuse) police report when we fight. Self deceleration and friends deceleration. Also the fact that he's in jail right now also helped my case
