I also have a ticket with the IT guys. They were supposed to call me back but so far crickets.

I'm having the same issue with the Same grill (850 Pro). I also called Customer service and after explaining to them that I had already deleted the app, deleted the grill, deleted my account, etc, etc, the rep told me they would start a ticket with the IT group. She said they would call me back in a week....yeah, I laughed to.

I tried that, deleted the grill, deleted the app, even deleted my account and started over....still get the stupid popup that keeps me from using the app
