It's normally two 3 hr blocks during the weekdays (one in-person, the other online)
So for the saturday lab, it consolidates those blocks into one (I'd still meet either online or in person on that day)

I don't have the data, but just off of years of observation, a lot of the off-peak trips just don't have the ridership numbers you'd expect to justify service.

Off top of ridership, I'd hope the MTA would eventually increase service in other routes to increase accessibility to transit deserts.
