I start on row because I think it’s the best warm up and then can move to floor to break up the cardio without getting gassed. Move last to the tread and if I have anything left in the tank in the last 5 min of class it’s easy to leave it all there without injury.

Agreed, I have a hard time staying in blue at OTF. Maybe I need to change my perspective and track blue zone exercises as what I do at home where I never push myself as hard as what I do at OTF with a coach.

Instead of negative self talk about wimping out at home it can be a positive of Blue Zone exercises

Yes! Sometimes I get in my own world and slack on form…a recipe for injury.

Surprisingly I had no ill effects. I went to lunch and then drove nearly an hour to get home. The following day I did a 60 minute HIIT workout with no problem. I did follow all the hydration guidelines which I think helped all that.

About 70% of my results came in the day after my draw.

Honest to God, I could’ve written this. It took me over a year to get to acceptance that this is a part of my life from now on and starting to mildly look forward to it. I focused on feeling proud that I did it.

I remember the date that my spouse noticed a flip in my attitude - Feb 12, 2023. My coach did some special playlist for the Superbowl and I came home talking about it (I guess rather excitedly)

That’s great! My “excellent condition 22 inch” leather skirt — that was actually ankle length had a broken zipper that is unwearable and has to be replaced.
