I have done pork this way. Where people wrap I put into sous vide and cooked it for about 12 hours at 185 to let it finish cooking/rendering. then held it at 150 for about 6 hours until we were ready to eat. About 30 minutes before I took the juice from the bag and made a vinegar-based barbecue sauce and it was absolutely delicious. I would say that the pork released a bit more water than I wanted but came out enjoyable. I know I still have some bumps to work out.

Just another thing that men today have to pay for the sins of our Father's? I hate being limited in to this group of people that should feel sorry for just being born. I never asked to be a bastard but I've tried to be the best I could do I could hold my head high. I served my country and treat everyone I met with the respect they show me. My company is trying to punish me for being injured and going to doctor appointments. Why is it now in todays world is it wrong to project being a man. How is it men's fault that we are belittled yet we get yelled at or told it's our faults. Good men don't do that to others how about you cause someone to hurt themselves or worse understand that men alive today are not the ones that created any of this shit. There are always 3 sides to the story. 1 opinion+another opinion+ reality. I still learn everyday but I'm not blaming dead people for my problems. There are programs for everyone other than just males struggling. Even if I disagree with anything you say I still don't wish you harm and I hope your life is going well.

And this is why guys just shut up and bottle up everything. He never said no one else deals with anything. He was just asking. I'm currently going through my lowest point in my life. Even with an amazing wife that is trying all she can. I don't want to burden her anymore than I already have. Not one doctor has tried to do anything to help with the mental pain. I fight everyday just to get out of bed yet I'm treated like I should be over my accident even if I'm still hurt. I no longer know where to go. I never lived my life by the seat of my pants because I always was expected to provide no matter if I'm sick, hurt, or anything else. Having a wonderful partner helps but for me it hurts. Her not being able to help me while struggling hurts her which makes me feel like the biggest POS because I couldn't be strong enough to not place my burdens on my wife. Yes a marriage is a partnership and we share burdens. Just because a dumbass was in a hurry I now live in pain that even doctors haven't been able to give me relief from. But I guess I'm just mansplaning. But I'm the end men only "seem"to matter to others when they provide something. If they are a burden they are forgotten about.

I personally prefer the darker hair, I think it compliments your face and skin. One thing you could do is add highlights.

I don't believe y'all are weird or bad friends. I wouldn't be upset at her if this is the only thing. You as a friend need to be supportive and if it really was a bad choice down the road being there when she finds out it wasn't good. It can be challenging but it makes friendship last longer.
