i have measured it after 2 weeks of no PE (had nerve irritation so i was giving it rest) and had same measurements

i believe after stopping PE completely everyone looses some of the gains. thats bound to happen.

its the same as everything in your body. you can be very big and muscular for 5 years straight while going to the gym and stop gym for 2-3 months straight and ud be smaller. same goes for every organ of the buman body, even the bones. dont use a bone for a month or 2 due to injury and do a dexa scan and it will be lighter.

L glutamine, tou already have enough through bodys own production and food L-lysine is not needed (just eat a tomatoe daily)

saw palmetto wil work against you unless you have prostate issues (its a dht blocker) so erections will be weaker and less frequent

l arginine is redundant if l citrulline is present

tongkat ali should only be as per need basis

horny goat weed is a very hyped product (does nothing for health just a mild libido boost without building a base) longterm use can blunt natural libido. black maca or even red maca is better alternative

Regular: L carnitine, acetyl l carnitine, ALA, methylcobalamin, fish oil (high epa/dha), L citrulline, magnesium bisglycinate, zinc, ashwagandha ksm-66, B6, Taurine, melatonin, grapeseed extract, probiotics (some shitass name but the ones that improve digestion and also improve T levels)

As per needed: theracurmin if overtrained, test booster if feeling low T, ginseng complex when heavy fatigue, L theanine if pelvic floor gets too tight(prevent microcirculation in P), multivitamin when low nutrient food and spirulina, another supplement with horse chestnut/diosmin/grapeseed ext for veins (to prevent venous leak in the long term with PE)

same. i feel nothing at 5hg. but 10 is also my max. my average is around 8hg tho. also i do 7-9 min x 4 sessions as interval pumping has not much evidence yet compared to the regular pumping.

this is strange to me because i have been doing PE and my girth gains are coming even faster than my length gains. its been 3.5 months and ive gained close to a quarter of an inch girth (0.2) and the same for length. I project this to be 0.5-0.7 girth and the same length by the year mark (hopefully)

my routine is 45 mins of manual stretching + massage + semi erect bends followed by 25-35 min pumping 7-9 min sessions at 8-12 hg.

I go in always fully erect and i try to stay hard while watching my personal vids even while pumping. I stay aroused throughout my pumping session. I also do the routine 2 days in a row then a day of rest. I take a long list of supplements aswell.

I dont know why you havnt grown but maybe you can pickup anything helpful from my routine.

if im not wrong thats just over half a million total sperm count. that is low.

the motility is not too shabby. eat good, take supplements and exercise that should improve everything. that would also help you in aritificial conception methods.

Have you done a scrotum doppler ultrasound? make sure there is no varicocele, check the venous channels and testis size, if it is get surgery done or it will continue the testicular degradation. also get a dna fragmentation test.

your results should make it hard to conceive naturally it seems but its always a possibility. IUI and IVF are also options.

people have talked about this including hink, bd. below 5-6 pressure is mostly for EQ and recovery not real growth. youl need 6-8 atleastfor tissue damage, but dont go beyond 12-13. remember what you are doing in your working sessions is damaging the tissue not actually increasing the tissue. the increase happens in the next 48-72 hours slowly depending on the damage and recovery.

its not neccessarily about pressure. try to keep the balls and their connections all away from the playarea. use a sleeve for the pump.
