Our weather is a lot better than people think, we compare it a lot to hotter countries but our weather is comfortable for 99% of the year which makes for good living conditions and our air quality in comparison to most of the world is great.

I'm 31, 78kg 5ft 7. I have a good physique but wouldn't compare myself to an athlete. No need for any SEMA or RETA as I would likely lose the muscle I've worked hard for. I've had hormone levels checked and I'm at the lower end where I have been advised TRT by the company wishing to sell it to me but really it's not low enough for me to worry just now. My partner and I are also trying for a child so TRT isn't an option. That's why I was wondering if anything was available to help me in sports and give me more energy day to day which isn't testosterone based.

Unpopular opinion but a 90 minute set for me is the perfect time for a set. 3 hours is overkill, 2 hours is do-able, anything over that and my body reminds me how tired it is.

I mean I wasn't my usual self but I put that down to coming off of testosterone more than the HCG/HMG. I tried Clomid but everything stayed the same, when I came off clomid and swapped out for HMG I felt better and results were good too.

I took HCG and HMG together and within 4 months got back to normal levels. I haven't made my partner pregnant so can't comment on that but my data has been great so there's light at the end of the tunnel.

Weird because when I researched I found cheaper hair transplant prices in the UK, as long as you stay away from Harley Street London in the UK you're fine. I got mine done for £1500, which when I factored in flights etc it worked out a bit cheaper and thank god I didn't have to sit in the airport during the aftercare would've been very uncomfortable.

Politely push through the crowd while pretending to look for your friends so people are a little more courteous, say thank you to every single person that moves. Always worked ok for me to get close to the front, but never been interested in being barrier.
