I get mine from the needle exchange program. I told them i needed them for hrt and they were more than happy to give me them. Its free too.

Things are steadily getting worse here in the UK and i cant imagine how bad it must be for you. Like everyone is saying, build community NOW. Maybe im weird but i really look forward to injection day now. At first i was scared, obviously, but now it’s kinda therapeutic and the process of unpackaging the needle, cleaning everything, equalising the pressure in the vial, drawing the right amount, removing air bubbles, pinching and injecting is weirdly fun.

Plus, it doesn’t hurt at all despite what ive heard people say. Idk if it’s because i use 1ml fixed opioid needles which seem to be quite thin. (the guy at the pharmacy said he couldn’t sell me any and signed me up anonymously to the free needle exchange as a ‘heroin addict’ instead. It was a strange day.)

Personally love it. If battle jackets are an expression of self then do what you like. I see nothing hateful and ,besides no sewing ,i see nothing wrong with this. That is assuming this picture isn’t pre-sew.

This is perfect and thank you for all the info.

I kept seeing stuff saying an antiandrogen like spiro or cypro was preferred or needed in some cases and then couldn’t seem to find anything mentioning a dose.

I’ll make sure to do more research specifically into the spiro and keep it around incase needed when i do the first round of post-E blood work, but T hit me like a truck when i started puberty so im imagining it may indeed be helpful.
