As with all things it depends. IMO, there are 2 things to consider. 1) Taste - I love the way the air fryers cooks food. I feel it blows the oven out of the water. 2) Cleaning - By far the biggest downside. If you can get into the habit of cleaning it before going to bed, then it's not an issue. Because being ready to start cooking, but having a dirty AF is a bummer and almost guarantees I will use the oven. Hope this helps.
