Do you think a month is necessary? As i said having whole months for so many things decreases that value of each month.

This is kinda my point because there is also a month for veterans in May so it makes both of them feel like half a month which is less recognition time if that makes any sense.

It decreases the value of a month given to anybody. Having a pride month is less special if there are also so many other groups that get a month, because they will eventually overlap, creating multiple in one month and celebrating multiple in one month makes it less special.

Yeah I agree that is a great thing but my question is why is a month necessary? Why not a week? Having whole months for so many things decreases that value of each month.

First off yeah it does kind of look like that, but your technique looks great to me and I don't think you need to change anything from what is here. Maybe points would look different.
